About the role

  • Recruitment Analyst managing end-to-end recruitment processes for fashion retail stores. Leading candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection in Brasília.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of recruitment and selection processes for the region's stores (position alignment, job posting, candidate outreach and scheduling, interviews, group assessments)
  • Management and tracking of open positions
  • Job posting and continuous sourcing from external recruitment channels
  • Monitoring and management of recruitment and selection KPIs
  • Store visits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields
  • Availability to work in Brasília and to visit stores
  • Comfortable with attraction tools: LinkedIn, Gupy, Pandapé, etc.
  • Experience in recruitment and selection for store positions
  • Experience in retail and handling high-volume hiring
  • Proficiency with Excel and data tools
