Sales Lead responsible for driving sales and servicing existing accounts for RNDC. Focusing on product education and incremental business growth in the Littleton area.
Responsibilities
Proactively advance and secure sales within your designated territory
Service the needs of existing sales accounts
Drive incremental business growth through informed and consultative selling techniques
Educate customers on the right products
Introduce new products and close gaps in existing distribution
Visit accounts frequently to provide service and maximize revenue potential
Establish individual sales plan based on customer needs
Set the overall selling plan for each customer
Follow-up with customers to ensure accurate and prompt order delivery
Responsible for merchandising activities if no Support rep partner
Develop sales skills and knowledge of products, services, and customers
May involve working nights and weekends on promotional activities and other account activities
Requirements
One year certificate from college or technical school; Four year college degree, preferred
3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requires a current, valid state drivers license, ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the company.
Strong client skills and experience understanding customer needs.
