Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for OPI/VRI roles
Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases)
Screen and assess candidates to evaluate language proficiency, communication skills, and role fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Guide candidates through the hiring process, including assessments and follow-ups
Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Meet weekly hiring targets and deadlines
Collaborate with the team to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in BPO or high-volume hiring
Experience hiring for OPI/VRI or similar roles is a strong advantage
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
