Senior Analyst for Sales Enablement in MedTech Surgery at Johnson & Johnson, supporting corporate cell phone and Vendor Credentialing processes for field sales associates.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for all aspects of corporate cell phones, on/off-boarding, Vendor Credentialing and SAFE Fleet processes for J&J MedTech Surgery to field sales associates, other departments as required, and internal and external business partners.
Support the overall planning, communication, revisions, and execution of policies and procedures for the field sales organization.
Train and educate new hires on the corporate cell phone plans, Vendor Credentialing, and SAFE FLEET.
Provide support for SAFE FLEET requests to field sales associates, other departments as required, J&J Corporate SAFE FLEET Management and external business partners.
Manage accident investigation reporting system and assist in analysis of reports to help determine protective and preventative measures.
Track and monitor SAFE Fleet Ambassador and SAFE Fleet Awards Programs.
Initiate, develop, and analyze data/reports to provide insights for decision making and management updates.
Support continuous improvements in current processes and create new capabilities to meet future needs.
Provide support to Lead Analyst with activities as the need arises.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of professional experience OR an Associate’s degree and four (4) years of professional experience OR equivalent relevant experience is required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in interacting across all organizational levels required.
Creative problem-solving skills are required.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with various levels of management, cross-functional teams and external business partners is required.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
This role may require up to 10% of domestic travel.
