Responsibilities
Maximize customer value across Jeeves’ entire user base.
Drive tangible results by increasing adoption and usage of Jeeves’ financial products.
Report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate within a global marketing team.

20% Local focus on optimizing and executing tailored programs for the local market.
Analyze customers, industries, products, and regions.
Design and execute campaigns for activation, upsell, cross-sell and re-engagement.
Partner with Product, CS, and Data to identify expansion opportunities.
Build lifecycle marketing programs, usage nudges and behavioral triggers.
Drive increased usage of cards, stablecoin, and payment products.
Optimize spend volume, ARPU, and product adoption by cohort.
Coordinate local customer activations, workshops, and events.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in FMCG, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or Customer Success.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field.
Proficiency in SQL, or similar data querying language.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Previous experience in FinTech, B2B SaaS, or high-growth startup environments.
Strong mix of growth, data and user psychology.
Thinks in habits and behaviors, not just campaigns.
Obsessed with extracting more value from the existing customer base.
