Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute segment-specific go-to-market strategies for physical security and energy/utilities
  • Quarterback cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated campaigns
  • Design and run account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting high-value accounts
  • Own the overall commercial marketing program calendar
  • Analyze pipeline and marketing data to report on campaign performance
  • Manage contractors and marketing budgets efficiently
  • Continuously test and iterate on marketing tactics to improve effectiveness
  • Own presence at key industry trade shows and events

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated B2B marketing
  • Proven track record of building and scaling integrated growth marketing programs generating $100MM+ in pipeline
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building dashboards and compiling performance reports
  • Significant experience leading cross-functional teams to execute programs
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools including Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics
  • Creative mindset with strong messaging and copywriting skills
  • Ability to be in the San Mateo, CA office 3 days per week
