Responsibilities
Liderar y ejecutar iniciativas de análisis y experimentación enfocadas en el crecimiento y la retención de clientes.

Gestionar de forma autónoma procesos, desde el análisis hasta la presentación de resultados y recomendaciones.
Requirements
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia puede ser en el área de Producto, Growth, Retención, Datos o Negocios, en el sector financiero o de consumo masivo.
Manejo de SQL y Excel (o Google Sheets) avanzado.
Conocimiento de Uso de Inteligencia Artificial para Analytics.
Fundamentos sólidos con estadística Avanzada.
Experiencia práctica en A/B testing enfocado en comportamiento transaccional de clientes.
Estar radicado en CDMX.
