Responsibilities
Gérer un portefeuille de clients et prospects et assurer des visites régulières
Analyser et comprendre les besoins des clients
Vendre des solutions adaptées à ses clients
Promouvoir l'offre de services et de produits de l'entreprise
Développer l'activité auprès de prospects
Rendre compte de son activité commerciale
Participer aux actions de communication et marketing (salons, etc.)
Gérer les éventuels litiges commerciaux en lien avec le client
Développer une relation de confiance et un partenariat de qualité avec les équipes Microsoft
Requirements
De formation minimum Bac +2/3 dans le domaine commercial
Expérience de 3 ans à 5 ans dans l'univers IT
Connaissance des marchés B to B
Bon niveau d'anglais
Certifications autour d'AWS (Cloud Practitioner, Solution Architect, accréditations...)
