Pre-/Post-Sales Engineer facilitating technical onboarding of medical facilities to the MEDI:CUS platform. Collaborating with partners and ensuring application compatibility and performance support.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the onboarding and integration of new medical facilities and hospitals with the technical platform
Provide support for technical inquiries
Provide technical assistance during the onboarding of new specialized clinical applications
Contribute to the development and automation of integration and deployment processes
Work closely with partners, hospitals, and vendors of digital clinical applications
Assist with troubleshooting, performance optimization, and ensuring stable operation
Document completed integrations
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform architecture
Requirements
University degree in Computer Science or a related field
Several years of experience as a Solution Engineer or in Pre-/Post-Sales
Practical experience with networking, API, and security topics (e.g., IAM, AD, DMZ, VPN, OAuth2, TLS)
Solid knowledge of common DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
Independent, pragmatic, and structured working style
Enjoys operational, solution-oriented work
Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
