Responsibilities
Develop New accounts business by identifying new potential customers
Develop positive relationships with clients
Generate Leads and Closing Deals
Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Report on the status of accounts and transactions
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
Monitor sales metrics and suggest actions to improve sales performance
Meets budget in terms of Revenue /Profitability/ Overdue
Provide data for sales forecasts
Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in chosen segments
Collaborate with Segment Sales head to develop strategies to improve market share
Regular meeting on sales/collections/stocks/ business development
Requirements
University Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduation from a reputed institution
Min. 5-8 years in B2B Sales (Value Selling / Solution Selling)
Paints and coating industry experience is an added advantage
Good interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Fluent English Language Proficiency (Read/ Write/Speak)
Excellent Computer Skills
Understand and experience in depth of business practice including profit & loss analysis, country related business regulation, tender, sales contract
