Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and account expansion
Execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed annual revenue targets
Conduct a minimum of 3 in-person visits per account per season, along with consistent monthly outreach (calls/emails)
Accurately track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM systems
Prepare and deliver forecasts, reports, and performance updates
Support and drive successful product launches within both existing and prospective accounts
Requirements
3+ years of experience in field sales (industry experience preferred)
Proven track record of closing deals and growing a territory (“hunter” mentality)
Strong skills in negotiation, technical sales, and relationship management
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
High sense of urgency, accountability, and work ethic
Willingness to travel up to 50%
