Responsibilities
Act as a trusted partner to the local Netherlands management team: engage with decision-makers, highlight financial impacts, and provide a robust data set to support decision-making
Ensure transparent, reliable and clear management information
Analyze performance, identify variances, and provide commentary with clear status on key drivers
Contribute to monthly closing and reporting activities in close collaboration with the Accounting team
Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations across the organization
Challenge KPIs and their monitoring to improve efficiency using new digital tools
Requirements
Completed HBO or WO degree in Finance & Control, Business Economics, Accounting, or a related field
At least 5 years of relevant experience in controlling, finance, or business partnering
Experience in industry and project-based business is an advantage
Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills; able to present complex information clearly
Comfortable working at the intersection of strategy and operations
Proactive, reliable, and takes ownership
