About the role

  • Sales Associate responsible for new customer acquisition and project sourcing in Switzerland's Real Estate sector. Joining an international team at Switzerland's largest coliving provider in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

  • Active acquisition of new clients and sourcing of apartments, houses and development projects in German-speaking Switzerland
  • Independent lead generation through cold calling and outreach
  • Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships in the CRM
  • Management of the entire sales cycle: from viewings to portfolio integration
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies

Requirements

  • Fluent in Swiss German, with very strong Standard German (High German) and English skills
  • Strong "hunter" mentality with a passion for sales
  • Independent, goal-oriented working style
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in sales or the real estate sector is an advantage
  • University degree is a plus
