Active acquisition of new clients and sourcing of apartments, houses and development projects in German-speaking Switzerland
Independent lead generation through cold calling and outreach
Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships in the CRM
Management of the entire sales cycle: from viewings to portfolio integration
Development and implementation of sales strategies
Requirements
Fluent in Swiss German, with very strong Standard German (High German) and English skills
Strong "hunter" mentality with a passion for sales
Independent, goal-oriented working style
Excellent communication skills
Experience in sales or the real estate sector is an advantage
University degree is a plus
