About the role

  • Outbound Sales Team Lead managing a Philippines-based outbound sales team for ZigZag. Responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into active marketplace sellers while improving outreach effectiveness and sales conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Outbound Sales Specialists responsible for seller acquisition outreach
  • Provide coaching and support to improve outreach effectiveness and sales conversion
  • Oversee daily outbound activity across calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
  • Track activity metrics including outreach volume response rates meetings booked seller conversions
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate pipeline reporting
  • Continuously refine outreach scripts, messaging and sales playbooks

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in outbound sales or inside sales
  • 2+ years experience leading or supervising a sales team
  • Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline
  • Experience running structured outbound acquisition programs
  • Excellent coaching and performance management capability
  • Comfortable operating in a high-volume sales environment
  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces or SaaS is highly desirable.
