About the role

  • Sales Manager at BauDarlehen24 advising clients on financing and saving plans. Collaborating closely with banks and insurance partners for client solutions in hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Advise your clients on mortgage financing and home savings (Bauspar)
  • Determine clients' financing needs based on their wishes and prepare tailored offers and solutions for their financing projects
  • Provide support to clients on contractual matters
  • Act as a close point of contact and interface between our partners (including banks, insurers and building societies) and your clients

Requirements

  • Ideally, you have professional and sales experience in mortgage financing advisory
  • Motivated career changers with sales experience are welcome
  • You are communicative, goal-oriented and enjoy advising clients
  • Reliability, initiative and self-motivation
