About the role

  • Sales Support Specialist supporting managers in the sales process for a Language Services Provider in Madrid. Prospecting leads, qualifying customers, and maintaining CRM information for effective sales management.

Responsibilities

  • Support managers in the sales process
  • Prospect sales leads according to specific services categories, geographies and industries
  • Reach out to interested customers through e-mail, LinkedIn, videocalls and telephone
  • Build relationships with interested customers
  • Qualify leads
  • Set appointments for senior managers to follow up accordingly
  • Create opportunities and quotations in CRM
  • Maintain CRM with information about pricing and customer related info
  • Produce reports for senior management about interactions with leads and customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • High level or native speaker of Spanish and English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets
  • A professional and courteous disposition
  • Excellent organizational and administration skills
  • Familiarity with the Translation industry or the services industry in general (advantageous)
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM (advantageous)
  • Previous experience in a sales role (advantageous)
  • German native speaker (advantageous)
