Customer Care Associate responsible for order management and customer inquiries for Fluke's services in Poland. Requires teamwork with various internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and logistics flow.
Responsibilities
Process incoming/outgoing sales orders.
Supply all required information and documents regarding delivery, customs regulation and formalities, transportation/shipping and invoicing.
Respond to customer inquiries and advise customers on product price and lead time.
Ensure all POs and related documents are accurate and comply with company and federal regulations.
Research and resolve discrepancies related to delivery, price, order status, item clarification, invoicing, etc. and explaining outcomes with tact and diplomacy.
Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Shipping, Quality, and other teams throughout Fluke to facilitate customer account creation, maintenance, and issue resolution.
Tracking status of orders from start to finish and intervening where needed to correct issues.
Execute proactive communication including facilitation of credit screening and credit line, compliance screening, customer documentation requests, payment terms, and payment methods, etc.
Planning and scheduling for all orders and liaise with sales and factory as needed to ensure we meet demand.
Research and resolve problems or complaints regarding inaccurate or improper deliveries, damages, and claims.
Contribute to process improvement/change management projects/programs.
Backup support for other regions.
Requirements
Intermediate vocational degree/MBO
Familiarity with Order Management, Product Planning, and Credit and Collections process flow.
Proficient in English and Polish
Experienced in Microsoft Office applications, Oracle and Salesforce.
