About the role

  • Customer Service Supervisor ensuring high-quality service at various bank branches in Massachusetts. Engaging customers in financial solutions and managing a teller team for efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provides high quality service that earns the long-term loyalty of customers
  • Engages with customers to understand their needs and provide financial solutions
  • Supervises branch teller staff and oversees accurate processing of transactions
  • Coaches teller team in relationship development, service, and operations
  • Responsible for daily control of the branch’s main vault, cash distribution, and settlement duties
  • Participates in Bank-sponsored marketing initiatives and supports training programs

Requirements

  • Minimum 1- year experience as a teller in a bank or other financial institution
  • Strong supervisory and interpersonal communications skills
  • A thorough understanding of teller operations
  • Professional telephone communications skills
  • Enthusiastic, customer- focused team player
  • Organized and dependable
  • Good knowledge of bank terminology, products and services
  • Skilled in typing and general use of office equipment
  • Ability to work accurately with figures and to perform detailed work
  • Positive and helpful attitude.
