Demonstrate understanding of Bron products and suggest and quote products based on customer needs/order history
Assess/qualify new leads for sales representative engagement adhering to process
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information by identifying and addressing any inconsistencies with the appropriate departments
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service
Thrive in fast paced office with ability to multi-task
Strong basic math skills for conversion of different units of measure, both metric and imperial
Proficient with Microsoft 356; intermediate skills in Excel
Experience with NetSuite required
Experience with HubSpot desired
Ability to independently prioritize and manage workload effectively
