Realizar a abordagem inicial com leads via telefone, e-mail ou WhatsApp;
Qualificar leads de acordo com critérios estabelecidos;
Apresentar a empresa e solução de forma clara;
Entender as necessidades básicas do cliente;
Realizar captação de possíveis clientes;
Agendar a reunião para a próxima etapa do funil de vendas junto a disponibilidade e agenda da pessoa executivo de contas, dando sequência no fluxo;
Alimentar o CRM a cada nova atualização, de acordo com a rotina do lead;
Realizar corretamente o follow-up dos leads que ainda não foram convertidos para clientes;
Acompanhar a efetivação da venda;
Garantir que as metas individuais estabelecidas pelos líderes sejam atingidas;
Requirements
Formação cursando ou completa em gestão comercial, marketing, relações públicas, e afins.
Conhecimento básico/intermediário no Pacote Office;
Experiência com vendas online ou presencial e possuir noções de técnicas de vendas;
