Responsibilities
Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of enterprise customers across North America
Manage the full renewal process, ensuring high retention and long-term customer satisfaction
Act as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact, advocating for your customers internally
Collaborate with customers on their broader digital strategy, aligning Gravitee to long-term business goals
Lead regular customer reviews, roadmap alignment sessions, and value realisation discussions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion by identifying areas for growth and engagement
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and deliver strategic outcomes
Maintain a deep understanding of Gravitee’s platform and how it solves complex, real-world challenges
Identify and mitigate risks to customer adoption, satisfaction, or renewal
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a Strategic Account Management role
Proven track record of managing enterprise relationships with a strategic lens
Strong understanding of API management, developer ecosystems, or related technologies (not mandatory but a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels
Comfortable navigating technical conversations, while maintaining a business-value focus
Strong analytical mindset: able to interpret complex data and make fast, informed decisions
Highly organised, proactive, and driven by outcomes
