  • Account Manager in Customer Success team driving SaaS revenue growth at Moss through proactive customer engagement and strategic guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer engagement through building and nurturing value-creating and scalable relationships.
  • Upsell by leveraging understanding of both the product and customer's needs.
  • Measure success and provide data insights using specific KPIs.
  • Act as Product ambassador by communicating client feedback and advising on product features.
  • Thrive for process excellence aiming for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a proactive commercial-centric role, ideally in a B2B setting.
  • Prior experience with upselling products and product features to existing clients.
  • Fluent in English (C2).
