Responsibilities
Proactively prospect and develop new business through cold calls, networking, referrals, and local outreach
Deliver engaging, value-driven presentations that speak to client needs
Create customized proposals and pricing that align with client goals and budgets
Negotiate terms and confidently close deals that lead to long-term partnerships
Coordinate service implementation and launch once a contract is signed
Partner with internal teams and independent contractors to ensure service delivery is on time, on budget, and up to standard
Serve as the point of contact during initial execution and transition to Account Management
Maintain ongoing communication with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage future opportunities
Be the trusted, go-to person for your clients—someone they can count on
Track all sales activities, proposals, and communications in our CRM
Stay current on industry trends, innovations, and competitor offerings
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in facilities management or related services.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving new business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
