About the role

  • Sales Representative developing effective sales strategies for residential and commercial clients. Involves customer appointments and working from a home office with hybrid flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Be a builder; develop and implement effective sales strategies for door-to-door sales
  • Focus on capturing residential, commercial, retail, and restaurant clients
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

Requirements

  • No degree required, we are looking for coachable candidates
  • Past door-to-door sales is recommended
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills
