Depending on your experience and our impression during interviews, you'll start as either a Junior or an experienced Account Executive.
Requirements
You are ready to take responsibility — and don't expect someone to tell you what to do every day.
You enjoy hands-on work: you test, measure, and improve — following the Build–Measure–Learn principle.
You can get people excited about new solutions while remaining factual and trustworthy — especially in the sensitive context of public administration.
You have experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
You speak fluent German and good English.
