Lead the execution of core HR programs like compensation planning, performance management, and talent reviews.
Be a change champion, helping teams adapt and thrive through transformation.
Communicate HR initiatives clearly and consistently, ensuring employees feel informed, supported, and engaged.
Requirements
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or a related field.
5+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a unionized, industrial environment.
Experience with HRIS systems (Workday is an asset).
CPHR designation or progress toward completion is preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to influence, coach, and drive change across all levels of the organization.
