Responsibilities
represent Motion Industries to customers
proactively make outbound calls with assigned existing account base
engage and further develop sales opportunities
work closely with decision makers to expand volume business
identify, quote, and convert sales on products not currently purchased
partner with customer service representatives on order entry and tracking
update CRM for account follow-ups and quoting opportunities
present Ecommerce capabilities to assigned accounts
train customers on tools
Requirements
high school diploma or GED
two or more years of related sales experience or an equivalent combination
ability to understand customer pain points
understanding product requirements
capability of identifying potential add-on sales opportunities
strong communication skills; written, verbal, and presentation
experience with core sales tools such as CRM, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently while achieving sales growth goals
