Senior National Accounts Manager managing executive-level relationships within Farmers Insurance. Responsible for business development and strategic growth initiatives across national partnerships.
Responsibilities
Own and manage executive-level (C-suite) relationships with our national carrier, insurtech, and agency partners.
Serve as the primary liaison for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Responsible for premium and new business growth by prospecting and managing large, complex national relationships including those with unique structures and/or high GWP.
Takes ownership for business development initiatives within existing portfolio to maximize premium, profit and growth objectives while prospecting for new relationships.
Develops and executes strategies to build business within the Strategic Partnerships portfolio.
Identify, pursue, and secure new strategic partnerships.
Drive hunting activities to expand our network and revenue opportunities.
Analyze partner performance and recommend actionable improvements.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
Leverage deep knowledge of personal lines insurance to influence decisions.
Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
CIC and/or CPCU license preferred
7-10 years demonstrated experience in insurance including sales, marketing management, business development, strategy required
Experience with OEM within the insurance industry preferred
Experience with Digital Partners within the insurance industry preferred
Relationship management experience preferred.
