Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment from role scoping and sourcing through interviews, selection, and offer.
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline through partnerships with universities, colleges, and trade institutions.

Guide hiring managers through structured and fair selection processes.
Ensure a thoughtful and professional candidate experience.
Continuously improve recruiting workflows, templates, and hiring processes.
Maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate pipelines.
Track and analyze hiring metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, and candidate conversion.
Help build scalable hiring practices that support organizational growth.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR with significant involvement in hiring.
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted partner.
Familiarity with Canadian employment and human rights legislation related to hiring.
Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment data analysis.
Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills.
