Responsibilities
Solve organizational challenges through people-related solutions
Serve as an integral part of mid to senior-level leadership team
Understand every aspect of the business and be a thought leader on human capital and organizational topics

Requirements
Requires a BA/BS degree
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
HR experience, business partner or generalist experience with data, analysis, trends and reports
Strongly preferred HR designation (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred
