Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience leading software projects with responsibility for results and people, ideally in the banking sector, at a reputable consulting firm and/or IT service provider; alternatively, at least five years in a leadership role at a transaction bank or securities services provider
- Deep business and technical understanding of transaction banking processes
- Experience with WP2, WP3 or a comparable securities services platform
- Familiar with agile project work and practical experience with agile methodologies
- Experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Filebeat, PostgreSQL or Kafka is an advantage
- Business-fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level)
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical attention to detail
