About the role
- Manager People Management overseeing implementation of EU wage transparency directive. Joining an international finance company requiring structured and proactive team player with HR expertise.
Responsibilities
- Sub-project lead for implementing the EU Pay Transparency Directive — from planning through implementation
- Establish, manage and coordinate the project structure: define milestones and align with relevant business units, the PMO, and external partners
- Documentation & risk management: create transparent project documentation and assess potential risks
- Conduct workshops and present results and progress updates — including to management
- Prepare project-related reports for internal committees
- Work as part of a five-person HR team and contribute to other HR projects
Requirements
- Degree in HR, business psychology, business administration or an equivalent qualification
- At least five years' experience in HR with a strong focus on project work
- Excellent German and English skills at a professional level — both languages are used actively in daily work
- Structured and calm under pressure, self‑responsible, solution-oriented, team‑oriented, communicative and pragmatic
- Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
