Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for the region's stores (job briefing, posting, candidate outreach, interviews, group assessments);
Monitor and manage job openings;
Advertise vacancies and continuously identify external sourcing channels;
Monitor and manage recruitment and selection metrics;
Conduct store visits.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field;
Availability to visit stores;
Familiarity with sourcing tools/platforms: LinkedIn, Gupy, Pandapé, etc.;
Experience in recruitment and selection for store positions;
Experience in retail and handling high-volume hiring;
Proficiency in Excel and data tools.
