HR Business Partner facilitating HR processes and strategies in retail operations for C&A. Planning and managing HR subsystems across multiple store locations.
Responsibilities
Planejar, traduzir e facilitar os processos e estratégias de Recursos Humanos nas unidades;
Atuar em operações em cerca de 60 lojas como BP no negócio;
Realizar a gestão dos processos considerando os subsistemas de RH: Folha, Remuneração, Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, Recrutamento e Seleção entre outros;
Disseminar a cultura e valores da empresa, atuando como um guardião;
Participar de reuniões das áreas de times de liderança, traduzindo as necessidades das áreas em soluções de RH;
Ser o facilitador dos principais processos e políticas de RH junto a área cliente.
Requirements
Formação Superior Completa em Administração, Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas afins;
Vivência como Business Partner de Operações de loja;
Disponibilidade para atuar no Rio de Janeiro (com base na Barra ou em Niterói);
Experiência no Varejo será considerado um diferencial.
