Responsibilities
You will advance Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) initiatives for Teva globally within a worldwide community.
You will act as project lead in collaboration with the Global Lead of I&D.
You will be actively involved in varied activities (project management, change management, communications concepts, analytics).
You will have the flexibility to shape additional topics based on your interests and strengths: at the start of the internship all HR initiatives will be presented and you will select the ones that interest you most.
You will learn our methods and tools and apply them actively — from digital tools to New Work concepts such as Design Thinking.
You will organize our intern networking event together with other interns, giving you the opportunity to connect with fellow interns.
Requirements
You are a registered student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Education, or a comparable degree program, and you are motivated and confident to take an active role in a globally responsible community.
You have very good spoken and written English skills.
You are proficient with M365 and MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
You enjoy working with new methods and technologies.
You have initial experience in project management or demonstrate an analytical, structured, and at the same time creative approach.
You are self-assured, communicative, and enjoy working in a team and in a global environment.
