Client Executive managing omni-channel campaigns for Asda Media, ensuring flawless delivery from briefing to launch. Fostering stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Managing the delivery of omni-channel campaigns (print, digital, social, onsite and offsite media) from post-booking through to go-live
Gathering and processing campaign inputs: briefs, creative assets, targeting requirements and budgets
Using portals and internal systems to set up campaigns, track progress, and keep trackers/dashboards up to date
Coordinating with key stakeholders (e.g., Asda Brand Comms, Ecom teams, Studio 368, Content teams) and external partners to hit deadlines
Advising on and applying Asda brand guidelines and restrictions across campaign activity
Reviewing supplier submissions, approving/rejecting artwork/briefs, and routing assets for checks (pricing, print, publishing)
Requirements
Strong organisation and attention to detail, with confidence managing multiple deadlines
Great stakeholder management skills, able to build trusted relationships across internal teams, Asda stakeholders, suppliers, and third parties
Clear, professional communication skills (email, phone, video and face-to-face)
A proactive, “can do” attitude and willingness to get stuck in
Ability to adapt and embrace change in a fast-paced environment
Interest in growing a career in marketing (previous experience is a bonus)
