CRM Optimization Executive supporting CRM campaigns at Campeón Gaming in Athens, Greece. Working collaboratively with teams to enhance CRM effectiveness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Support the execution of the CRM campaigns, including bonus configuration, segmentation of target audiences, and implementation of customer lifecycle communications.
Cooperate with internal teams, including CRM, content, and copywriters, to ensure consistency.
Propose improvements to the CRM campaigns to increase their effectiveness across all channels.
Test new bonuses, lifecycles, mission and tournaments to confirm that their configuration is up to standard.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
At least 1-3 years’ experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Analytical mindset with strong knowledge in Excel and Basic SQL.
Collaborative mindset and critical thinking skills.
Previous experience in the iGaming industry will be considered an asset.
