About the role

  • CRM Specialist managing HubSpot for Kamino, a comprehensive financial management platform in Brazil. Focusing on innovative growth strategies and automated solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical owner of HubSpot, ensuring governance, performance and continuous improvement across the Marketing, Sales, Service and Operations modules;
  • Develop, configure and optimize automated flows (workflows, lead nurturing, multichannel follow-ups and intelligent email resends integrated with WhatsApp);
  • Implement and calibrate Lead Scoring and segmentation strategies based on user behavior and custom events;
  • Build, analyze and evolve dashboards and strategic reports, consolidating the CRM as the single source of truth;
  • Ensure data accuracy and governance across all modules, optimizing data quality to support decision-making;
  • Collaborate with business areas to understand specific needs and translate them into functional solutions;
  • Train users and stakeholders, promoting intelligent and sustainable use of the platform;
  • Monitor trends in CRM, automation and AI applied to operations, proposing continuous innovation.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with HubSpot. Certifications are a plus;
  • Advanced knowledge of workflows, custom objects, lead scoring, segmentation, custom fields, reporting and integrations;
  • Background in Inbound Marketing and B2B automation;
  • Strong process orientation with a critical mindset to identify issues and propose scalable solutions;
  • Ability to navigate across different teams, prioritize and align requests in a consultative manner;
  • Organized, autonomous and hands-on profile, comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
