Responsibilities
Independent management of existing customer accounts
Build and maintain long-term relationships with rehabilitation clinics
Together with our Product team, analyze customers' specific needs and develop tailored solutions
Occasional participation in professional events and conferences
Product training and onboarding sessions (on-site)
Management of integration projects in close collaboration with our Integration team
Data maintenance and documentation in our CRM
Requirements
Experience in the healthcare sector
Confident presence and strong communication skills when interacting with diverse stakeholders
B2B sales or account management – ideally in healthcare or a SaaS environment
Ability to clearly explain AI-based solutions and convey their benefits
Very good German and English skills
Willingness to travel within Germany
High self-motivation, hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for a dynamic startup environment
Empathetic in dealings with customers and colleagues
Open to new ideas, eager to learn, and tech-savvy
Team-oriented with a willingness to take responsibility
