About the role

  • Customer Success Manager connecting an AI startup specializing in healthcare with rehabilitation clinics. Focus on client relationships, project management, and tailored solutions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Independent management of existing customer accounts
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with rehabilitation clinics
  • Together with our Product team, you analyze customers' specific needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Occasional attendance at professional events and conferences
  • Product training and onboarding sessions (on-site)
  • Management of integration projects in close collaboration with our Integrations team
  • Data maintenance and documentation in our CRM

Requirements

  • Experience in the healthcare sector
  • Confident presence and strong communication skills when dealing with diverse stakeholders
  • B2B sales or account management — ideally in healthcare or SaaS
  • Ability to explain AI-based solutions clearly and convey their benefits
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
  • Highly self-motivated, hands-on mentality, and enjoyment of a dynamic startup environment
  • Empathetic in dealings with customers and colleagues
  • Open to new things, eager to learn, and tech-savvy
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to take on responsibility
