Responsibilities
Independent management of existing customer accounts
Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with rehabilitation clinics
Together with our Product team, you analyze customers' specific needs and develop tailored solutions
Occasional attendance at professional events and conferences
Product training and onboarding sessions (on-site)
Management of integration projects in close collaboration with our Integrations team
Data maintenance and documentation in our CRM
Requirements
Experience in the healthcare sector
Confident presence and strong communication skills when dealing with diverse stakeholders
B2B sales or account management — ideally in healthcare or SaaS
Ability to explain AI-based solutions clearly and convey their benefits
Very good German and English skills
Willingness to travel within Germany
Highly self-motivated, hands-on mentality, and enjoyment of a dynamic startup environment
Empathetic in dealings with customers and colleagues
Open to new things, eager to learn, and tech-savvy
Team-oriented with a willingness to take on responsibility
