Responsibilities
Processing owner/client inquiries, customer requests and tenders
Preparation of offers/quotes for clients and principals
Coordination and management of planning processes
Technical coordination with specialist planners, architects and clients
Preparation of service descriptions and bills of quantities
Solicitation and evaluation of price quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
Requirements
Completed degree in civil engineering, construction management or architecture; alternatively qualification as a construction technician (m/f/d) or equivalent
Experience in project management and control, particularly in residential construction
Confident user of MS Office, MS Project and estimating/tendering software
Knowledge of VOB; knowledge of HOAI advantageous
Strong organizational skills, cost awareness and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
