Responsibilities
Define and manage fixed and variable compensation policies, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
Develop short- and long-term incentive strategies (ICP, PLR, ILP).
Design and enhance job, salary and career frameworks.
Coordinate management of corporate, departmental and individual goals, ensuring alignment with the business.
Lead salary surveys and market benchmarking studies.
Work with People Analytics to analyze compensation and performance indicators.
Ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations.
Support leadership in meritocracy and recognition policies.
Conduct monthly movement analyses aligned with the defined strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or related fields.
Proven experience in compensation and incentives management in mid- to large-sized companies.
Proficiency in job evaluation methodologies and benchmarking (Mercer, Korn Ferry, WTW).
Knowledge of variable compensation, PLR (profit-sharing), stock options and long-term incentives.
Experience with goal management, OKRs and performance evaluations.
Proficiency in BI tools (advanced Excel, Power BI; experience with Tableau is a plus).
Knowledge of labor legislation and tax implications on compensation.
Analytical, strategic profile with excellent communication skills.
Preferred experience in digital transformation and process automation.
Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo.
