Requirements
HBO werk‑ en denkniveau en ruime ervaring in corporate recruitment
Ervaring met technische profielen (bijv. monteur, werkvoorbereider, engineer, bedrijfsleider)
Sterk in stakeholder‑ en communitymanagement; je bouwt snel een waardevol netwerk op
Datagedreven werken en kansen zien om processen te verbeteren
Duidelijke communicatie, structuur en overzicht in een dynamische omgeving
