Responsibilities
Own digital income and policy growth targets across key brands.
Lead trading conversations and represent digital performance with confidence.
Shape strategy across PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Paid Social, and emerging channels.
Diversify acquisition beyond PPC and build structured test-and-learn programmes.
Drive SEO performance post-rebrand and identify new growth opportunities.
Lead and challenge agency partners to deliver high-quality, commercially focused work.
Build forecasts, business cases, and performance models to guide investment.
Partner with Analytics to turn insight into action and monitor competitive threats.
Work closely with Trading and Digital Experience teams to align plans and priorities.
Act as a trusted deputy to the Head of Digital Marketing & Trading.
Requirements
Deep expertise across PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Paid Social, and performance marketing.
Strong commercial judgement and experience driving income in fast-paced environments.
Excellent analytical and forecasting skills, with confidence building business cases.
Proven experience leading agencies and setting channel strategy.
Strong understanding of GA4, attribution, bid strategies, and measurement frameworks.
Experience managing multi-million-pound budgets with a focus on ROI.
Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders and lead trading discussions.
Experience in financial services or regulated sectors, affiliate networks, programmatic platforms and call-tracking.
