Responsibilities
Own and manage selected User Acquisition channels end-to-end, from strategy to execution and optimization
Lead cross-functional growth initiatives, including UA & Product experiments, Web UA,and Retargeting
Develop and execute scalable testing roadmaps across channels and platforms
Collaborate closely with Product, Creative, Data, and Engineering to drive performance improvements
Organize and optimize workflows across campaigns and projects to ensure clarity, efficiency, and accountability
Act as a trusted sparring partner within the team, bringing structure, ownership, and momentum to UA initiatives
Requirements
You have experience running classic and incentivized UA channels (e.g. playtime, multi-reward models)
You have understanding of how affiliate and influencer marketing works and be able to build reliable measurement frameworks
You have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
You are skilled in structuring and executing testing roadmaps across channels and platforms
You can identify and scaling growth opportunities
You can leverage AI tools for data analysis
You are proficient in: Adjust, Firebase, Claude, Figma, Miro, Looker, Jira
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of ownership
