Responsibilities
Definir el framework global de cupones, incluyendo ownership de presupuesto, reglas y principios de uso.

Diseñar un proceso de aprobación simple, claro y robusto.
Establecer KPIs comunes y estándares de evaluación post-implementación.
Definir el marco de medición para evaluar incrementalidad y evitar canibalización.
Analizar los resultados de cupones para identificar el impacto real y oportunidades de optimización.
Idear nuevos tipos de cupones y casos de uso, basados en benchmarks e investigación interna, y liderar su desarrollo y experimentación aprovechando recursos cross-área (ej.: equipos de CRM, Producto e IT).
Sistematizar y compartir mejores prácticas sobre qué ofertas funcionan, para qué audiencia y en qué momento del lifecycle.
Requirements
Al menos 3 años de experiencia en roles de Growth, CRM, Performance Marketing, Pricing o vinculados a revenue.
Habilidades analíticas sólidas y experiencia evaluando impacto comercial.
Experiencia trabajando en entornos multi-país y cross-funcionales.
Conocimiento de mecánicas de cupones o estrategias de incentivos (deseable).
Perfil estructurado, autónomo y orientado a impacto.
