Requirements
10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or automation
At least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
Skilled at building strong relationships and acting as a strategic advisor
Proven track record of building an analytics function from the ground up
Strong storytelling ability to translate complex data into clear narratives
