Responsibilities
Define and execute the HR strategy aligned with Paf Group’s business priorities
Support senior leadership in organizational development and change initiatives

Oversee performance management, compensation, and benefits structures
Take an active role in HR operations, including employee relations and complex HR matters

Oversee workplace-related services such as office facilities, reception, and travel management
Lead and develop the HR team while contributing operationally.
Requirements
Relevant experience in a senior HR role, preferably in an international environment
Strong understanding of both strategic HR and hands-on HR operations
Good knowledge of labor law and HR governance
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop teams and individuals
A pragmatic, structured and solution-oriented mindset
Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
