Responsibilities
- Define and execute the HR strategy aligned with Paf Group’s business priorities
- Support senior leadership in organizational development and change initiatives
- Ensure a strong employee experience across the full lifecycle and promote a performance-oriented culture
- Oversee performance management, compensation, and benefits structures
- Take an active role in HR operations, including employee relations and complex HR matters
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, GDPR and internal policies, including ownership of HR-related agreements and management of external vendors
- Drive continuous improvement and digitalization of HR processes and systems
- Oversee workplace-related services such as office facilities, reception, and travel management
- Lead and develop the HR team while contributing operationally.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a senior HR role, preferably in an international environment
- Strong understanding of both strategic HR and hands-on HR operations
- Good knowledge of labor law and HR governance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop teams and individuals
- A pragmatic, structured and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
