Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within a Fortune 500 organization
Minimum 5 years at the Director level and 2+ years at the Senior Director or VP level
Proven success in pharma, biotech, or life sciences sectors strongly preferred
