Responsibilities
You conduct professional conversations with decision-makers — particularly ESG officers and members of executive management
You acquire new customers through targeted outreach and needs-based consulting
You assess sustainability goals and potentials of prospects and convince them with tailored solutions
You assist in preparing and sending proposals and maintain our CRM system carefully and in a structured manner
You further develop existing client relationships and strategically position our services
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree in a commercial/business field, preferably with a focus on new customer acquisition, or an equivalent qualification
Ideally, you have professional experience in telephone B2B sales of services and products
You have a sales aptitude, enjoy professional tele-sales outbound, and are strong in communication and enthusiasm
You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
You demonstrate a high level of independence, organizational ability, commitment and reliability
Additionally, you bring a hands-on mentality and strong interpersonal skills
